Complete course), at which time they are at the ACTFL Intermediate-High
Proficiency Level in both speaking and reading the foreign language.

a Satisfaction Guarantee. To obtain a refund on these courses,
simply follow the instructions below:
If, after carefully following the instructions on pages 2 and 3 of the
owners manual, you are not completely satisfied with the progress you
have made, you may return the complete program for a full refund of your
purchase price.
You have 90 days from the date of purchase to submit your refund request.
To receive a refund, you must return the original program (all cassettes
or CD's) and the box packaging, plus the original sale receipt to:

Please include your name and full mailing address for proper delivery
of your refund check. Refund check will be issued in your name. Allow
