Guarantee Details

  1. Based on the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges.  Under our Safe Shopping Guarantee, if your bank does hold you liable for any portion of that $50.00 liability limit, LingoShop will cover you for any portion of that $50.00 personal liability.  LingoShop will cover that liability only if any unauthorized use of of your credit card resulted with no fault of your own while placing an order through our secure order pages.
  2. If any unauthorized use of your credit card does occur, you must report this to your credit card company, according to their rules and procedures.
