What is your merchandise return policy?
Our return policy is simple.
Within 7 days of receipt of your order, you may return any of the following
items.
- any dictionary
or travel guide in its original condition.
- any unopened
media or language course (CD, cassette tape, video, or software)
- and any other merchandise
that's in new condition, including original packaging and accessories.
You will be refunded
the price of the product (not including shipping), less a 15% re-stocking
fee. A refund check will be mailed within 30 days from receiving
the returned item.
If the return is a
result of our error, you will receive a full refund, including shipping
costs.
Please note, we do
have special PIMSLEUR Satisfaction
Guarantees on our Pimsleur language courses.
How do I return an item?
Please call 1-866-44-LINGO (866-445-4646) to receive a Return Authorization Number (outside
the USA call 801-571-0793).
Include a written statement with your return, indicating
the reason for your return, the invoice number, and the return authorization
number. Wrap the package securely. For your protection,
we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for shipment.

about a damaged or missing item?
We're sorry that there were poblems with the order you received. Please
contact us by e-mail or telephone as soon as possible so that we may remedy
the situation. When e-mailing, include your invoice number
and any details that would help us. We will make every effort
to respond within 1 business day.
