you are having any problems with our site, we would like to know.
Even if you notice the smallest details, such as typos!
To resolve technical problems, such as poor site performance, inability
to order, etc., the following information would be helpful to us:
- Date and time
the problem occurred
- Operating System
(for example, Windows 98 or Mac System 8)
- Browser and version
number (for example, Netscape Navigator 4.0 or Internet Explorer 5.0)
If you have more than
one browser installed on your system, please tell us which one you were
using when the problem occurred, and list the other browsers installed
on your system.
Include a detailed description of the problem (including what you clicked
immediately before you encountered the problem), and note any error or
system messages that appeared.
