When will my order arrive?

When will my order arrive?
How long it takes your order to arrive depends on two things:  
1)  Availability -- is the item currently "in stock", and
2)  Shipping -- the method you choose.

It works like this:  Availability + Shipping Time = Delivery Time

The availability of an item is displayed above the "Add to Cart" button next to each product's description.

NOTE:  
a)  Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
b)  
Your order will be shipped the same day, if your order was
      submitted before 3:00 PM eastern standard time
      (11:00 AM for electronic translators).
       
      If it was submitted after that time, then add an additional day
      to the delivery time.


For example:
If you order a language course that's "In Stock" and you
choose 2-Day Air shipping, it should take about this long to arrive:
    0 business days to process the order 
+  2 business days for 2-Day Air shipping  
(if submitted before 3:00 PM EST)
=  2 business days to arrive

Or, if you order a dictionary designated "Usually ships within 2- 3 days" and you choose USA-Ground shipping, it should take about this long to arrive:
    2-3  business days to process the order
+  3-7  business days for Ground shipping  
= 5-10  business days to arrive




What if my order includes items with different availabilities?
You should use the longest availability time in your order.  That's because multiple-item orders are held for shipment until all items become available.

Or if the items are shipped from different warehouses, you may recieve one item first, then another, according to their designated availability.



Does choosing Next Day Air mean my order will arrive tomorrow?

If your selected item(s) is designated as "In Stock", and if you submit your order before 3:00 PM eastern standard time
(11:00 AM for electronic translators),
and tomorrow is a business day  (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays)
. . . then you should receive your order the next day.

If your order of "In Stock" items was submitted after that time, it will be shipped the next business day, and you will receive it the following business day.

If the item you order is designated as "Usually ships in 2-3 days".  Then in 2-3 business days it will be shipped Next Day Air, and you will receive it the following business day.
